It is really incredible how quickly the Highgate, previously 7915 Jones Branch Drive, has started rising. Just this past October we watched the aging office building it replaced get demolished, and already the building is pushing upwards. Based on how quickly this building is coming together, and because it is only six stories in height, we could see a topping out sometime early this summer.
The project also has a couple of new renderings courtesy of DesignCollective.com; the firm that created the architectural plans. The accessible from the exterior terrace level of the mixed use project looks like it could be a real winner; definitely a one of a kind swimming pool with an annual promise of cherry blossom petals joining you on your laps.
