The wildly popular Tysons Corner ice rink, German market, and season of holiday events is back again this year and it kicks off with special vendors tonight. The 2015 Winterfest Market tonight only will include goods from Made In Mongolia, Veroka Distributors, Chocolate Moonshine, and Lil Martian Donuts. There will also be live music by Tony M., The Mike Mallick Band, and Missy G.

After tonight’s special events the German market will remain open through Christmas Eve and includes traditional crafts from beersteins to christmas pyramids (the ones that spin when a candle is lit). Now that all of the restaurants along the plaza are open you can enjoy options from quick and easy burgers to amazing northwest sear salmon.

For those with children, or those young at heart, the ice rink is also open and will be so all the way through March.

Winterfest is held on the Plaza at Tysons Corner Center which can be accessed either from within the mall between AMC Theaters and Lord and Taylor, or directly from the north parking garage along Route 123 (directly in front of the Westpark Bridge). If you didn’t have a chance to see it last year we suggest you head out this weekend before the craziness of the holiday season hits the mall.
