I saw this signage as I was driving on Leesburg Pike. It appears that office condos are for sale and only seven condos will be available with retail. The total retail space with the project will be just over 16,000 square feet.
These office condos will be at 7121 Leesburg Pike which will neighbor Sam’s Farm and Mary Ellen Henderson Middle School as well as the previous phase of the project, which included office only spaces. The human scale project is located within a half mile walk of West Falls Church metro station.
According to City Feet, this project delivery date will be somewhere in Fall 2014. This project is just one of several along the Route 7 corridor in Falls Church that are mixed use and located along the transit corridor.
