Anyone else troubled by the lack of crosswalks enabling walking to/from the metro safely? My call to the County (Brigitte Hill at 703-324-9300) and email to WMATA have gone unanswered. To make things worse, the Nouvelle building closed the only sidewalk and redirects walkers (with a handwritten sign) to cross at an intersection without a crosswalk.
