Examiner doesn’t understand why piece meal solutions to Tysons is the reason why the traffic and infrastructure is so bad. Organizing a concept for moving it forward as a collective, while it creates a scary number over the next 30 or 40 years, also saves the area billions in dollars in having to provide spot upgrades every year.
