Governor McDonnell visits Tysons Corner… likely not by train, and we bet not via Dulles (Patch)

Examiner doesn’t understand why piece meal solutions to Tysons is the reason why the traffic and infrastructure is so bad. Organizing a concept for moving it forward as a collective, while it creates a scary number over the next 30 or 40 years, also saves the area billions in dollars in having to provide spot upgrades every year. Cities aren’t modular, just like a good house they have to sit on solid foundations (Examiner)
