For the fourth year, Altus Group is putting together a real estate panel discussion regarding Tysons. A lot of news has come from these events in the past, including some input from developers on their plans for the upcoming year, their views of market absorption, and, of course, great discussion regarding Tysons.
This year’s event is dubbed “Tysons Billions: The Rebirth of a City”. It’s an appropriate name for what is happening in Tysons, which is at the nascence of its new identity as a robust urban place. The breakfast panel event will be held on January 18 at the also recently reborn Silverline Center, at 7900 Westpark, which I have begun lovingly referring to as the “Christmas light building”.
This year’s panelists include Stephen Cumbie of NVCommercial (recently begun construction of a tower in central Tysons), Moe Hamilton of Cushman & Wakefield, James Policaro of Lerner (perhaps some information regarding the residential tower status and plans), and Fred Selden of Fairfax County Planning.
The 4th Annual Tysons Real Estate Panel will be held on January 18th, from 7:30AM to 9:30AM. Click here to register for the event.
