Cityline Partners appear to be moving forward with site work at the Garfield Parcel at the corner of Anderson and Dolley Madison in Tysons. We reported there was construction fencing and some demolition in January, however the cold snap seemed to have kept the work frozen. With a thaw coming and spring on the horizon (please?) it looks like final demolition is nearly complete.
