Garfield Building At Scotts Run Station Progress Photos

Earlier this summer Cityline and JLB took a major step forward on their Garfield Parcel project at the corner of Anderson Road and Dolley Madison Boulevard by securing the site perimeter and beginning earthwork operations.

The 425 unit apartment building has been a significant earthwork undertaking, with three levels of below ground parking, getting to the point of vertical construction is going to take up a large part of the construction schedule. It appears crews are on a good pace to get to the basement level prior to the winter frost, which will allow for construction to continue through the cold season.

JLB expects an opening of June 2016, coming in a few months after Nouvel at Arbor Row and Lerner’s 1775 Tysons Boulevard. Along with MITRE Building 4 and the soon to start Capital One headquarters the Garfield building will drastically change the Tysons East region.
