inTysons covers news and happenings in Tysons, Virginia…most of the time. The site, originally called TheTysonsCorner.com, was created in 2012 by Navid Roshan-Afshar as a community news source chronicling the vast urban redevelopment effort and Silver Line expansion in Tysons.
As a life-long resident and civil engineer, Navid emerged as the leading voice covering all aspects of the transformation of Tysons, from high-level policy and development news to coverage community events.
In 2015, Navid united with Tysons Partnership to create inTysons. While still heavily focused on the urban development beat, inTysons is committed to covering the issues of importance to the evolving Tysons community.
