Our second monthly winner gave us a lot more to work with in August. With 11.5 points from user Haggisman, we got to delve into more fun architecture and created the following concept for a portion of Block 3 north of City Hall. The central tower is Haggisman Tower and is part of the mixed-use residential/retail space. This is approximately 350,000 sf of space, 200k of which is composed of the central 11-story, 140′ residential tower.
