LCOR’s plans for the Commons of McLean site in East Tysons is yet to be the above ground eye catcher like fellow neighbor Garfield parcel by Cityline, but it has progressed significantly over the summer towards the goal of getting above ground. Like the Garfield parcel the LCOR project has spent most of its first year clearing the property of existing buildings and digging out for several levels of underground parking.
The digging looks to be coming to an end as the common sight of dozens of dump trucks queueing has dwindled. The project now looks like it is on the precipice of building foundations and getting vertical. No eye candy yet, but another step complete.
