A lot of people complain about convention spaces and hotel land uses but without them we could never have great events like the one planned for the Hyatt Regency (the new Hyatt at the Plaza) this November. On November 4th, Brian Wilson, of Beach Boys fame, in collaboration with the Campaign To Change Direction, will be holding a benefit concert, CD signing, and movie screening right here in Tysons.
The event seeks to begin a conversation about mental health, a topic that Brian Wilson has a personal connection to, and one that the commonwealth has been grappling with since the suicide of State Delegate Creigh Deeds’ son Austin.
